Attention Texas Patriots and Gun Owners!
We MUST stop this tyranny to our 2nd Amendment rights BEFORE it is passed so we do not become federal felons (or worse) before by the summer of 2013.

The proposed legislation by gun-grabber Rep. Dianne Feinstein would make lawful owners of semi-automatic long guns and hand guns that have the possibility to take any magazine that could hold over 10 round REGISTER them as Class III weapons under the NFA law of 1934. This would require the following actions:
Owner would have to immediately surrender their weapon(s) to a FFL dealer (like Independence Firearms) and have them fill out the ATF Form-4 on each weapon
Get the Sheriff (Chief Law Enforcement Officer - CLEO) to sign off on each weapon
Have the FBI do a full background check on you
Pay a $200 tax to ATF for each weapon
Get fingerprinted and have them submitted to the ATF/FBI on the Form-4
Wait at least 6 months to even over a year for the process to complete WITHOUT you being in possession of those weapons.
Have the possibility of instant confiscation due to rejection of Form-4
Numerous times over the past 150 years all over the world, gun registration has ALWAYS led to gun confiscation.
